The battle belongs to you Lord

Good afternoon folks, my week has been pretty, well, strange. Last Sunday was pretty alright. Monday, I was in transit with mother in law to my surgery, and we encountered a flat tire. It was getting close to the wire on what time I got there, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to get there or if I was going to have to reschedule. Then, thank you Jesus, Mom’s small group members, came, cutting there grocery trip short, to come and transport me there, with five mins to spare.

So, had my skin cancer surgery done. She stopped to see about length of time to get her tire repaired, and that brought her to getting me home, getting it repaired and my afternoon to take a nap and her getting dinner for us.

The kids had to have their computers brought back to the school, and then the week, went kinda alright. Yesterday however, hubby and I got outta the house together and went and adulted, to his bosses birthday party. Which was exhilarating, painful, but exhilarating.

Today, is Father’s day, so I am wishing everyone here, a wonderful father’s day,I prepped dinner and breakfast, which was a bit too much for my surgical incision. I never thought I’d hear any Dr, telling me I had cancer, but I did/do.

In mid July, I will become a grandma, and I will have a F/u with my primary Dr regarding my blood pressure meds, and in mid July, I’ll be seeing a spinal specialist regarding my latest MRI and what may have to happen to resolve these headaches I’ve had straight for a year.

I’m having issues giving my personal battles to the Lord, but I know, God’s got this.

To close up this post, I did read and finished an ebook, that’s not actually out till November this year,

It was a pretty good informational book for people who weren’t aware of some of these things, but for ones who’ve been doing some of these, it’s kind of a no-brainer. It was a good book, again, it’s actually something that should’ve been out about the same time technology got it’s boost, into smartphone/tablet season.

So folks, on that note, happy father’s day to all the father’s here, have a wonderful rest of your day. Prayers and blessings to the rest of your week.
